PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step 1: Prototyping Step 2: Serial casting Serial casting
- A seamless transition from prototyping to serial production, with guaranteed composition and casting quality in accordance with the approved samples.
- We ensure strict control of the manufacturing processes.
- Ability to integrate customer markings (logos, batch numbers) directly into the mold and casting structure.
Step 3: Final CNC machining Final CNC machining
- We use modern CNC centers for the complex machining of rough castings without the need to involve additional subcontractors.
- We perform precise turning, milling, and boring of castings to final assembly dimensions.
Step 4: Quality control Quality control
- X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis of the melt using an Olympus Delta spectrometer is performed before every pour.
- 100% surface inspection (detection of cracks, shrinkage cavities, cold shuts) and random dimensional inspection (min. 10% of each batch).
- We issue a material test report (melt certificate) for every delivered batch. Upon request, we arrange tensile strength tests in an accredited external laboratory.
Step 5: Packaging and logistics Packaging and logistics
- Application of anti-corrosion protection to machined surfaces and packaging exactly according to the customer's internal logistics regulations.
- Securing heavy castings on EUR pallets or in special transport crates.
- Organization of direct delivery of final components straight to the customer's production or assembly lines.
